About ECEAP
Josie’s ECEAP is a part of Josie’s Learning Center inside of the Josephine Caring Community.
Started in 1990, Josie’s ECEAP has offered many different programs for families in the Stanwood-Camano area, shifting and growing throughout the years to best meet the needs of the families they serve.
Beginning in September of 2024, Josie’s ECEAP will begin offering a full-day ECEAP program to give students more time in the classroom each week. Each classroom runs at a 2:13 teacher to student ratio with both a Lead Teacher and an assistant teacher working together to ensure the classroom runs smoothly and all children are safe and receive adequate support.
