Non-Discrimination Statement
Josie’s ECEAP at Josephine Caring Community will neither deny service, nor otherwise discriminate against in the delivery of services, to any person who otherwise meets the eligibility criteria of the program, on the basis of sex, gender identity, race, ethnicity, color, religion, age, national origin, citizenship, ancestry, physical or mental disability, health, family configuration, sexual orientation, gender expression culture, veteran status, stages of development including toilet learning or because such person is a recipient of federal, state, or local public assistance.
The program must also comply with ADA and the Family Policy Initiative principles defined in RCW 74.14A.025
